The next steps

1. Contact us to have an initial discussion regarding your project.

2. LBB Projects Director, Luke Balgue will come out and meet with you personally to further discuss your plans.

3. We can provide guidance on a preferred Architect or Draftsman, who will prepare your plans for council, or we can quote and build to your own plans.

4. We will provide you with draft costings of your project to assist with your budget preparations.

5. A detailed quote will then be provided outlining all work to be undertaken, materials and job specifications with associated costings.

6. A timeline will be provided for each stage of the project.

7. A contract will be issued prior to the project commencing which will include; home owners warranty and insurance, payment milestones, timelines of each stage and terms & conditions.
